Primary Mining Licence
Metavolcanics (Basaltic), Schists, Granite Intrusions and Quartz Veins. Target style: high-grade narrow quartz vein gold within shear zones and folded sequences.
Primary Mining Licence
Major shear trends NW–SE with secondary fractures NE–SW. High prospectivity — intersection zones confirmed within the licence boundary. Joint Registration Pending.

MINING ACT 2010
All operations conducted under the Mining Act No. 14 of 2010. PMLs registered with the Mining Commission; all fees, rents and statutory obligations in good standing.
TAX & ROYALTIES
Revenue distributions made only after settlement of all government royalties, taxes and levies. Registered with TRA; meets corporate tax, VAT and withholding obligations.
ENVIRONMENTAL
Environmental Impact Assessments submitted to NEMC. Rehabilitation bonds maintained. Operations comply with the Environmental Management Act, 2004.
MEM OVERSIGHT
All reporting obligations to the Ministry of Energy and Minerals fulfilled. Annual work programmes, production returns and financial statements submitted as required.
JV GOVERNANCE
A robust joint venture agreement governs capital contributions, revenue sharing, dispute resolution and termination provisions across the partnership.
COMMUNITY CSR
