PURPOSE
Goldleaf Resources Limited is a Tanzanian-registered gold mining company operating two Primary Mining Licences in the Chunya District of Mbeya Region — one of East Africa’s most prospective gold-producing territories.
Founded as a joint venture, the Company combines local tenure expertise with international investment capital to responsibly explore, develop and produce gold from mineralised quartz vein systems within proven metavolcanic host rocks.

CORE
OPERATIONS
From geological mapping to gold sales — a structured, compliance-driven approach across every phase.
Structural geological mapping at 1:2,000 scale, quartz vein tracing, soil sampling grids, geochemical and geophysical surveys including IP and ground magnetics across both PML tenements.
RC and diamond drilling programs targeting shear zones, NW–SE lineament trends and fault-controlled mineralisation intersections identified as high gold potential within licence boundaries.
Systematic extraction of gold ore from mineralised narrow quartz veins within metavolcanic and metasedimentary host rocks. Continuous small-scale production with significant annual gold output.
On-site processing of gold ore concentrates and doré production. All processing activities conducted in accordance with environmental management plans and NEMC standards.
Gold sales conducted through approved channels in compliance with Bank of Tanzania regulations. All gross revenue deposited into the joint venture bank account with joint signatories.
Community development, environmental rehabilitation, and social impact programmes integrated into all operational phases, aligned with Tanzania's Corporate Social Responsibility obligations.
